Thank you for visiting and shopping at CORE CLEAN. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship across India.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
- Orders of ₹499 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or issues with our courier partners.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages or Lost Packages
CORE CLEAN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with unboxing photos/videos so we can raise a dispute with the shipment carrier and replace your product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the borders of India.
